My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Alyssa is certified to teach food handling safety classes, so of course, her employees have received that important certification.
