This restaurant needs a lot of work. There are leaks coming into contact with the window sill-area near booths. A tone sitting in the booths will come into contact with it. I just hope there is not mold. A great deal of the food is heavily salted and processed. It just is not what it used to be years ago. Staff seem nice and friendly but the issues with the building, cleanliness, bathrooms, and such have influenced my decision not to be a patron.

Mike the manager is rude and very inexperienced. My daughter and I went there and sat at a table for over 20 minutes and was ignored. Everyone was being served but us. Mike needs customer service skills. I would never say the things he said to me to a customer. He was rude and blamed me for his rudeness. I will never go back there as long as Mike is manager. What a waste of a restaurant.

Fully staff their restaurant and fire the horrible manager. They managed to burn soup! French Silk pie was melted. yuck!!! If you want to be treated terrible and served food you are afraid to eat it's. the place to go!

Every time we go here, we are disappointed. If they didnt having great pie, we would never go. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the pie is great. We ordered the half sandwich, soup, and pie to go. Our soups were not even half full, literally 8 spoons of soup. The sandwiches were mediocre at best. Dont buy food if you go here, just get pie and get out.

I had a GREAT omelet and my Mom had a great skillet and probably 1 of the most amazing waitress we've ever had! Very, very friendly, and making sure we needed anything. It's so nice to have service with a smile. Thank you Melissa! You definitely deserved every penny of your tip

Bought a strawberry rhubarb pie for the Indy Car race in Iowa. I want to get food from the area. Fantastic pie! Billy was very professional and the ladies were helpful. Good call! Never had a bad experience there!!

Fantastic service! Kind and understanding waitstaff. The food is consistently great. The atmosphere is enhanced with both fine decor and relaxing music. The wide variety of pies and delicious foods make the restaurant great, but all of the other factors set Bakers Square apart from the usual diner. 10/10 would recommend.

Just a dessert trip. Hadn't been there in a while. Service was great. Pie tasted good. Only issue, seems like the pieces get smaller each time we go.

Took my wife to lunch there...it was very great experience. The service was by a server that knew her job very well. Thank you Jennifer for a great lunch. On time when drinks needed to be refilled and very prompt service bringing our food to us. The food was very good...the chicken pot pie was very filling. In a day that seems a lot of places just throw the food on your plate and serve it....this was a great change of pace. Thank you Bakers Square.

I should have got the cheesecake or another dessert. I have had a better lemon meringue pie and have only been eating this kind of pie since about 2 months ago. I could still smell the scent of raw eggs on the egg whites 😝. The crust seemed undercooked. The lemon seemed more like Jello. I came with a friend from my church and we sat and watched TV while we ate the desserts. She had the carrot cake. I rarely visit here. It's the 1st since about 2014. No offense to the baker but I didn't eat all of my pie and my friend paid for our desserts😯.

Foods pretty good. The chicken cheddar bacon melt is one of their best sandwiches but the only problem is the piece of chicken is pretty small for the bread. Its like eating a bread sandwich sometimes but if you take the meat and put it all on one side of the bread then it's like a normal half of sandwich. I know many people still think they make their own pies there in the restaurant but they don't. They ship them in in the middle of the night. They do put like the fruit pies in the pie oven but they come in frozen. Doesn't make anything wrong with them just not made on sight.

Quite a number of people were in line to pick up the pies they ordered for Thanksgiving today. I want to commend Baker's Square for being so organized and efficient. Thanks for doing such a great service today!

As my wife sat down she ask for a sling for our 6mth old to put the baby carriage in it , we had our child place just right when a manager Laura Walk out she was very rude telling us we can't use that chair, I've been here several times and I enjoyed my visit until today, I will not be returning to Bakers Square again .. I pay too much money to be treated that way..
