James was so nice and accommodating! I had a taste for turtle cheesecake that he was out of but he made up a slice fresh for me! Cheesecake was delicious!!

The first time I ordered I chose a whole cake with 6 different flavors. I set my pick up time with James for 10:30am on a Sunday. When I arrived they were closed. I called and tried opening the door and finally James came to the door. He said we don’t open until noon and then had to look for my order. He found it and said he didn’t have 3 out of the 6 flavors made. Then I had to wait an extra half hour while he prepared the cake. He said I could call and order my original cake for a future event to make up for the mistakes. I called a couple weeks later and did so. I confirmed with him multiple times what the flavors were and that I could pick it up on a Monday between 10-11 and he wasn’t there. I even asked him if he was sure because it says they’re closed on Monday’s. He said he would be there. Not to my surprise when I got there at 10:45. They were closed and I called and tried the door etc. and nothing.UPDATE: They called and ended up delivering the cheesecake. They do seem to always make up for their mistakes.

Went to the Crest Hill shop recently. Upon entering I met James. Very polite, very welcoming individual. He definitely has the verbiage game going on. Display case was full of slices. So many choices. I settled on the white chocolate caramel. Never seen, tasted or heard of that flavor before. Fantastic! Crust was beautiful , had something more than graham in its flavoring, could have been cinnamon, but didn't taste like it. Couldn't quite identify it. White chocolate was quite luscious, it had some depth to it. But was never heavy. Caramel just came rolling in kind of in the background, just waving at me saying " Hey Big T, look at me , way in the back" I'm your friend Caramel!" on most bites. It was definitely a dessert. And a treat. Service was great, as James is entertaining and definitely a hoot. I will have to definitely visit the Shorewood shop, its closer to the house. This store is is the way home from where I currently work. Prices are extremely high, but its top end cheesecake and well worth it. Go on, indulge yourself. Treat yo self!

We walked in and we're immediately greeted, and she was soooo nice and welcoming. As we started to talk about the options, more cheesecakes came out. So we got one of each available and had a tasting tonight after dinner. These were SO good. Everyone has liked each one, but there were some favorites. Lemon, blueberry, oreo topped the list. Would definitely recommend and go back. And pricing was not bad at all, especially considering the quality of the cakes!

This is truly a Gem! We were greeted at the door by James himself. He treated us to a free sample of a delicious fresh strawberry cheesecake! This is place that you must try and honestly you will be back . Not just for the cheesecake but the friendly service!

Amazing James! I've always wanted to try this business and today i bought strawberry & turtle cheesecake slices! I mentioned I'll be beck to try his chocolate cheesecake, since it wasn't displayed... james went to the back and cut a slice for me. Omg all were awesome, but i love the chocolate. Cant wait for the store to open in shorewood!
