So I won a free slice of cheesecake as a singo prize. We are in Morris, so not the closest place to go. However, we had a Costco run and we stopped at Jewel and grabbed the slice. First off, James is a total sweetheart of a man. I was BEYOND thrilled that he makes a key lime cheesecake, so that is what I got. WOW! It was delicious!! The key lime was so tasty and the cheesecake was lighter and fluffier than I’ve had. The crust was buttery and so good! I will be back!!
James cheesecake is by far the best cheesecake I have ever had! James is an amazing human! He is very personable and very talented. Every bite was to die for. If you haven’t tried James cheesecake you better run and try it!
