There should be someone at mobile thru lane to ensure people have already placed an order and just need to scan the QR code to pick up. I’ve had several instances where someone got in the wrong lane or they are holding up the lane to order at the entrance of the mobile thru lane. This is really frustrating because the whole point of the mobile thru lane is to order ahead and then scan the QR code for fast and efficiency purposes. Also there’s times when the drive thru lane...
