I love Chipotle and come here from time to time on my lunch break from work. I was in there today and the girl working at the register with the purple hair named Susanna was on her phone the entire time. The guy who was doing the orders tried talking to her and she completely ignored him. As soon as she would ring up a guest and they would walk away she’d pull her phone right back out. She was also just very rude. I could see the frustration on the faces of the other workers...

This location is consistent, clean, staff is friendly, and I never have to wait very long in line! This is our go-to Chipotle!

My only complaint is that the onions & jalapeños in some of the items (corn salsa/guac) are always so large that it’s offensively overpowering.

Every time I come here I have a great experience and receive excellent service.. a special shot out to Jessie .. he works hard to keep customers satisfied and has great customer service ethic HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you’re in Joliet
