Was not clean. The brown rice and chicken were nearly empty and crusty. Lettuce was wilted and whole counter was dirty. The line employees left right after we got our food. Guess they were in a hurry.

The restaurant is always messy from behind the counter to the lobby area, but that just tells me that people eat here a lot. It is always busy, so maybe they dont have to be clean, but its always messy. Lately its been messy to the point where i didn't want to order from them. I love Chipotle and come here from time to time on my lunch break from work. I was in there today and the girl working at the register with the purple hair named Susanna was on her phone the entire time. The guy who was doing the orders tried talking to her and she completely ignored him. As soon as she would ring up a guest and they would walk away she’d pull her phone right back out. She was also just very rude. I could see the frustration on the faces of the other workers...
