I brought my niece and daughter to this Chuck E for the first time today and honestly had a great time until we got to cash in our tickets for prizes. We go to the desk and get told we have 500 each and as my 3 year olds trying to figure out all the prizes she can have the curly red haired girl working gives constant attitude. She threw my daughters stickers at her which landed on the floor then threw the sucker at her. Then when I gave her a look like are you going to stop she throws the next candy kinda like she was trying to slide it across the counter. Then I say we are done with prizes for now because I’m losing my cool with the way she’s treating my daughter and so that my niece can pick she does the same thing to my niece and when she asked for a toy instead of candy for her last item the girl sarcastically says “don’t try to eat it. It’s not candy” which I didn’t hear so I asked my 8 year old niece what was said and this girl says it louder with the same ignorant attitude that she had while throwing everything. So I said “yeah I’m pretty sure my 8 year old niece knows the difference between candy and toys” this girl smirks at me. Of course there was no manager to be found but with how mad I was it was probably for the best. It was my first time ever taking my daughter and it will be my last even though until this time we had an absolute blast playing and chatting with people.Kid-friendliness: Great time for playing but I definitely don’t think it’s kid friendly when they can’t get their tickets cashed in for prizes without attitude and getting things thrown at them.

Went here for a birthday party. The kids had a good time. The pizza is not as good as frozen Jack's pizza. There was one person working the ticket redemption counter. So there was a line for that. We have been here before and this time wasn't as good as the last time. So I'll chalk it up to a timing thing.

My kids and I frequent different CECs around our area. We've never actually visited this one. Mostly normal, pizza and games. Kids had fun and the store was very clean and well taken care of. I did notice that they didn't do kid check here. They have the signs and podium pushed to the side. All other locations check and stamp, why not here?

We just had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was absolutely wonderful! All of the kids enjoyed themselves! We as parents did as well! The host did an amazing job! She was very attentive and helped us with anything we needed! The manager was also there and made sure everything was going well for us. Thank you so much for making our daughter’s birthday one to remember! We will definitely be coming back for future birthday parties! ?Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Horrible experience and customer service care. It was very dead, I was the only one sitting waiting for a food ordered where they could see me and it didn’t raise a flag. I got up to ask about my order 47 minutes after I ordered just to find out it was never placed. The excuse was the printer wasn’t working and should ONLY BE 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund and they had to refund the whole purchase for game cards too and made me pay again for the cards. Awful customer care they gave my refund and didn’t care just kept on going with their conversation. What bothered me it was the fact that they were staring at my face during the entire time seeing that I was waiting for an order and didn’t mind to ask.
As much as I appreciate the update to token spending, I liked having a huge stack of tickets. Considering I am a full grown adult ?. I do however think it's cool to pay by the hour and play limitless

All was well except the birthday cake for my 7 yr old nephews birthday party was stale. For a 350 dollar private birthday party, you would hope it wouldn't be stale. Also, they didn't have anyone at the door checking to make sure nobody left with a kid they weren't supposed to be leaving with. I get that usually it's younger kids working there but still, in today's world you should have someone at the entrance/exit doors making sure no one leaves with a child that they are not supposed to leave with

Never going here again Joe the "manager"called the police on my aunt because he was saying bad words to Joe,Joe called the police and this was not necessary,The pizza came in at 7:50pm and the party supposed to end at 8:00,Then they kept coming with more pizzas 30 minutes later.I would give this a 0 star,Joe was also rude to my dad for only saying "Well it is money" and Joe said "Get out" and i was like "for what?" my dad didn't say anything. Thanks Joe you made the kid's birthday unforgettable never coming in ever again.And we almost spend $1000Very rude staff and Joe needs to be trained ASAP!
