Update: I returned today (Sunday) and the visit went wonderfully. I just wanted to update my review based on my most recent experience. (Minus one star for my previous experience with the rude and unhelpful manager on the 17th.)
This place is great fun for a child b day. Getting the birthday package with a host makes it super easy for parents to enjoy the time with family.
