Food is always good, service was lacking. Our waitress apologized almost every time she was at our table.... They advertise a rewards program... the QR code didn't work for it.... After finally getting the correct way to signup. It requires you to “link” a credit card.... With how often things are getting hacked... not worth it!

Service was alright at best, and it was NOT busy. Our appetizers arrived with our meal, and the appetizer platter ordered was received very last, and it took like 45 minutes to get the food. I'd almost be scared of how long it would take had they been busy. Buffalo Shrimp is chewy and seemed frozen and not the same fresh butterflied hand breaded with sauce like it used to be. The after taste almost seemed like they were going bad or freezer burned. Bone in wings were over cooked, Boneless wings were chewy, however the sauces were tasty! Fried pickles, cheese curds, and Burger were tasty, although the burger was over cooked. I'd compare the beef rolls to arbys meat texture except with no flavor, and soggy. (Maybe if they were brought out 1st like a typical appetizer they'd be fresher?) My drink was good but took 20 minutes to receive. Never once were we checked on during eating asking how anything is. You'd think if you have 2 full orders of shrimp with only 2 bites taken out of 2 shrimp (yes we got 2 because we had 7 people and everyone typically loves it, and only ONE beef roll was eaten from the platter, AND a separate order you'd see something was wrong. My family and I used to LOVE coming here. Service used to be impeccable. Food delicious and fast, and it has always been a busier crowd in the past. I hesitated on going because we had a similar experience about a year ago but not nearly as bad as today. A year ago put a bad taste in our mouths, and we wanted to bad for today to be better, but today was the icing on the cake. I dont typically leave bad reviews either, but I also firmly believe that you cannot fix something if you don't know it is broken.

Nice place for sports! More TVs than you can shake an easily shaken stick at! The service was decent and the food was good. Plenty of parking and very clean.

It’s interesting that their kitchen closes 2.5 hours prior to their stated closing time. At first the hostess was going to seat us but after realizing there were more people coming she told us the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. Unfortunate.
Nicely hidden in a Warehouse District. Excellent food! Beer on tap. All around wonderful experience. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Heroes is a great sports bar with food that’s better than most sports bars. I have eaten here several times over the last 3 years but it was tonight that I was impressed and decided to give a review. Don’t get me wrong the food has always been on point but if you know me a little bit from my other reviews, I don’t do them unless it’s something great. Well tonight I had the normal honor of sitting at the bar because I’m a traveler for work but tonight was different! I met a wonderful bartender named Taylor. She’s is amazing with a wonderful attitude and gifted ability to produce a common midwestern drink but different! As if you could make an Old Fashioned different and better.. well challenge accepted Taylor said, and did she deliver well heck yeah! Stop by and see Taylor (otherwise known as the girl with blue hair) psss there’s a story there too but she doesn’t have blue hair anymore..
