Nothing beats a good Italian Beef especially when your in Chicagoland! That is exactly what you will get when you have an Italian Beef from Johnny's. This was my second time at Johnny's but first time at this location. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food phenomenal! It's a casual place to grab a great Italian Beef... They have several options besides the Italian Besf which I do plan on trying if I can eat there without ordering my favorite!
I am hesitant on leaving this review of this hidden restaurant gem however, the owner of this establishment and his staff deserves this recognition as well as this 5 star review. This restaurant has consistently out perform all of the restaurants of this type in the Joliet area using this matrix: QUALITY, QUANTITY, CONSISTENCY, PRICE AND SERVICE. Chicago style fast food joint. Great big Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers was very satisfying. Gyro was big too. Tasty and good amount for the money. They had the video slots area separate and off to the side if you are into that. Overall worth it for the food alone. I wanna try the signature big burger they got next time. Apparently they throw gyro meat on the cheeseburger. Sounds fun lol!
