First experience at Lou’s - I understand why it’s a Chicago staple. Very good deep dish, the scent was tempting me the whole drive home. A bit on the expensive side for a medium ($32), but worth it for a first time try. Very friendly and fast service for the pickup!

Tonight we had a horrible delivery because of door dash. The pizza was entirely slid off and unsavable. When I called, Martin was so kind and doing everything he could to make sure this was remedied. At this point it was already 9pm and he remade our pizza and personally delivered it after closing. It was also probably one of the best pizzas we have gotten from there in a while. Martin went above and beyond for us as the customer tonight and to make sure we got fed, even if it...
