We ordered a pizza and it was delivered to us. It was incorrect. I called the store and the made us a new at no charge. They were unable to deliver as the first order was. They did everything you could ask to make things right.

Always prioritize ordering from here. Lou Malnati’s is hands down one of the top chain pizza spots but this location seems to have a consistency that is unmatched. The manager, Ru, and the rest of the staff are efficient and courteous as well. Highly recommend!
