At drive-thru at 10:27 am and ordered a breakfast item and a regular menu item. Was told regular menu starts until 10:30 am. I said well it’s only a couple minutes from now so can I just order items now but was rudely given a plain “no.”No sort of explanation or consideration. Service today is disrupted by construction in the parking lot. I sincerely hope McDonald's is doing something special for the young lady working outside the drive-thru window. She said her name is Yahida (Ya-Ya) and she is out in the 90 degree weather running back and forth between cars with payments, change and food. She was still smiling and polite. 5 stars are for you Yahida!!
My food, however, gets 3 stars. It's 11am and my fries are not fresh, like the oil is old....read full review
