We LOVE Michael's and have been ordering for years! Quality and consistency have remained the same. One friendly young lady named Kayla is always so pleasant both on the phone and in person. Such a breath of fresh air after dealing with terrible customer service at other establishments.The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and I'm greeted with a smile, can't ask for more! I am a very very very picky person when it comes to pizza! When I tell you that this was the best pizza I’ve had in years and I’m from Chicago! The pizza was just right. Extremely flavorful, just the right amount of sauce, a true thin crust pizza. I also ordered the cheesy bread sticks and they were delicious and baked to perfection! 10/10
