I order from Uber Eats. Got mushroom chicken and barely had any mushroom or chicken and a bunch of zucchini instead. Didn’t provide me with ANY plastic wear or napkins as well. Didn’t even give me a fortune cookie. Unacceptable.

Trucker here i go to a lot of Panda Express locations all over the USA and this is one of the worst places so far. I had to wait 20 minutes for BroccoliBeef and TeriyakiChicken (i understand that part) after waiting they served my plate half way. The cashier rushed me to pay and move out of the way. She didnt gave me any sources or a cookie. I did ask for sources. (HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE BEST PART, THE COOKIE THATS THE ONLY REASON I GO TO PANDA EXPRESS)

I don’t usually leave reviews… Panda Express is well known for their serving sizes being “heaps” of food. This is something we can all agree on. Tonight I got food for my family and the plates were truly only half full. Which is weird because that is not typical! Make sure you ask for a full serving when you go in person. Not sure why the dude we had was so stingy as if he were the one paying…. Ugh sad. Definitely not $10 worth of food per plate.

I had the Walnut Shrimp and another shrimp dish and they were terrific and seemed fresh. The cream cheese wontons though tasted a bit old so double check they are fresh if you get those. The staff was courteous. There was someone checking temperatures of the items to make sure everything was at proper temperatures, though it did miss that the wontons were old. The top of the toilet tank in the men's room was missing.

I do not recommend grabbing food early, the restaurant just opened, they gave me food from the day before and that was not pleasant, it had a very bad taste and the consistency was ugly, nothing to do with something that was recently cooked

So we ordered an hour before closing and clearly they don’t care when you do that. We were given just absolutely random food in our bigger plates. We ordered white rice, it was all fried, and I have a carrot allergy so I cannot even eat my own plate cuz it touched. We ordered honey sesame chicken for one bigger plate and they gave me orange chicken and honey sesame. They gave a random beef and broccoli thing in the other bigger plate instead of Beijing beef. Generally great things from panda but this was super super disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Randomly gave fried rice instead of white which due to allergies is VERY bad.

Everytime I have came in it’s great but if you order food online (Ubereats) they give you the wrong food inside the box it literally says the order on top of the food so they know what to put inside and they still put the wrong stuff in the box this has happened 3 times in a row so don’t order just go in if you want it right.
