Made delivery order. Was called and told they didn’t have a driver. I expected a refund automatically. Nope. When I called I was told that that was the policy. I had to go to the store with my original method of payment and ask for a refund for food I never got because they were short staffed. The manager actually asked me if I was really arguing over $30! So, no one out pizza’s the hut..... we ordered tonight from the Jefferson street location. 3 hours later no food. Called and was told the driver locked his keys in his car. Then called 45 minutes later and was told that they only have one driver and the order hasn’t left the store yet.
Talk about a bunch of idiots
Next time we will go back to Domino’s
took over 1 1/2 hours for delivery... when told 1/2 hr... called 3 times to inquire... hung up on all 3 times!!!
Finally get order...its cold...and the dipping sauces paid for not there!
2orders garlic knots were over cooked to where the cheese leaked out an NO CHEESE in them!!!
