Order was 20 mins late being delivered and I live 5 minutes away should have gone and got it and when it did get delivered it have items on there that weren't ordered and when I went to return staff didn't seem to care and told me when the manager gets back she'll call to give me a refund, try to give this place a second chance and it that failed and it seem to be this location because I have never had a problem like this at any of there other locations

The food was great and ready on time. There was an error ordering on the website, so I called the restaurant. The employee assured me the order was received and being prepared. The staff was very friendly.

Paid for extra cheese still no cheese on pizza crust was really hard and big pizza had not been made correctly too much crust sausage was horrible if you call it sausage never again......

12/23/23: We hadn't ordered from PH in a while, so decided to try it again. We tried the thin crust - my family enjoyed it so much I had to go back for a second pizza. Fast, courteous service, too. We will definitely be back.

The pizza I got tasted healthy enough to know it's a differnt agredience from years ago. What thrilled me was the server, and the pizza square I got for Seven dollar deal. The place use to give out reading award certificates , for grade schools and give out pizza free, for educators , a long time ago. Hope the place stay around.

Do NOT order online thru the pizza hut website. They use doordash drivers and there's no way that the drivers will be penalized if they ever steal your food because doordash will not help you in any way and they cannot retrieve the details of the driver who picked your order up. It took us a lot of hoops to go thru to get a refund back, and that should never be the case with any establishment whatsoever. And the staff member who answered our call was very rude to us. We were talking to them in a calm manner, and he's the one who was mad, making it seem like he's the one who did not get their pizza delivered to them. Unacceptable.

My family and I had gotten home after Halloween festivities and everyone was hungry. I ordered a couple dinner boxes for dinner and when my wife went to pick them up she told me the place was so packed she had to wait a few minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and a few of them were even wearing costumes. Dining room was decorated. Thank you Pizza Hut for making my night easy and my family happy!! 5 stars

I ordered food on the app around 7 tonight. I got notifications that it would be to my house by 742. I called the store at 8 and he said they guy had some big orders but my tag was gone so he should be there now. At 832 I tried to call again and the phone says my food has been delivered. It had not. I called 5 more times and the phone just randomly and rang forever. I get a call by 9 and the guy is here. My pizza was completely cold. The boxes were completely smushedx. My boneless wings were like the end of the bag tiny fried pieces of breading and a couple tiny pieces of chicken. They looked nothing like before. I wasn't even sure what it was.
