They weren't necessarily quick, but even in the middle of the night, they made us fresh, hot, delicious, spicy chicken. I'm not sure why people have had a bad experience, but this time we went, it was a true return to form.
There is really no dining atmosphere, but crew is pleasant and friendly. Best popeyes in the area. Several others are short staff...often out of items. Kinda strange. But this one is dynamite.
The food is better than the Larkin Cresthill Joliet store. Romeoville is not to good on taste service times are horrible. This store my chicken sandwich was old. I was warned to ask for "fresh". I figured it the sandwich would be OK. But it wasn't for almost $6. Her pieces we "fresh".
