Red Crab - Juicy Seafood

I ordered pick up, and it was very on time, because I had previously added that to my cart. However, I got pulled into something else, and had to delete my items from my cart. Once I was able to continue, I placed my order, and when I got there, not even 30 to 45 seconds later I got a message from doordash. It said that my order from the estimated time that I started my order, changed my pickup time and it was already possibly ready. I live an hour away, I have kids to pick up, the food was hot when I finally dug in.. but it was spicy. I have a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old, and that was spicy to me. I ordered garlic and Mild, I called the store and told her that and she said that if it's left on cooking for too long that it ends up spicy. I then asked "how is that my problem?" She failed to reply and said that you have to go via doordash for that mess up, personally I think that was on them. Doordash did not cook my food! When I arrived like I said "30-40/45 secs later, I got a message from doordash saying it was ready, it wasn't ready to be picked up anytime soon, I want to say 7 to 10 minutes from then. Seafood takes a minute. She then proceeded to hang up on me, I do not remember her name or was able to catch her name cuz she talked so fast, but I'm definitely not happy.... $120 wasted 😔 I sure hope this reaches someone higher up, cause you guys NEED to do BETTER! I was so excited to try this and I spent a good chunk of money that I don't have for a family of four, I hope I receive something back in return. Common courtesy at this point, cuz after working a 12-hour shift I now have to cook my family another whole dinner.. 😞

Good food. I've been to seafood places very similar to this one all over the US. I've found that they do not use as much seasoning as others. I'm a southern boy, so I love my seasoning. Other than that, they did allow me to park my commercial vehicle around back.

Perfect seafood boil spot!! Everything is super customizable: spice level, flavor, what seafood is included. And you know it’s official when they put a fresh table cover each time. They provide a bin, gloves and a bucket. Even the chicken tenders were delicious. You can add so much to your boil: eggs, noodles, broccoli. Overall amazing time. This is the only place I’d go for a seafood boil.

My friends and I were there yesterday for an early birthday dinner. We had an unfortunate experience because the service was terrible. The hostess gave us a dirty confused look when I mentioned our reservation, and then she did not walk us to our table, she pointed to a table on the other side of the restaurant and said "over there". Our server was barely attentive as she was all alone taking care of probably 15 tables. It took at least 15/20 minutes for us to receive waters, we never received refills, and it took way too long for our check. It was clear she needed help as she was taking care of 75% of the restaurant on her own. We felt bad for her, especially when there were multiple people at the hostess stand. There were also numerous tables left dirty around us for the entirety of our dinner. A service that could have probably taken an hour or so, left us there over two and a half hours with all the waiting we had to do.

Please do better managers as you have an amazing and delicious menu.

So, my suggestions is to look at my prior reviews on other restaurants and see what a uppie person I am regarding my food and where I eat and then read this review.

I will start out with the best aspect of this review.
For appetizers, we had crabcakes which was cooked too perfection and just right enough for an appetizer, where it did not overstuff us.
The seafood Cajun boil was great. I had a seafood boil of scallops, headless shrimp, and andouille sausages. Also In the bowl was potatoes, onions and corn. It was delicious. Cajun spice was right on and you have a choice of it if you want it spice to be mild, medium, hot or extremely hot. I had medium and it was perfect.
My girlfriend had a boil which consisted of headless shrimp, clams, and muscles. She got her cajun butter mix, flavoring, and added mild. I had some of hers and was very good.
I ate all mine up, she took her partially home
The service was attentive and on spot.
It was a decent crowd for a Tuesday night. The atmosphere is really nothing special, but it was quiet and peaceful.
Full liquor bar with wine, beer, and hard drinks along with soft drinks.
The only thing I didn’t like is that I ordered ice cream and I received a small premanufactured ice cream dish For like a little kid. As my girlfriend stated, it’s a portion control ice cream that I needed for I don’t overindulging it. Lol.
The total for both of us with drinks was $88, which I thought was good.
Hey Lisa, adjusted for date nights family if you like seafood or just a relaxing night out. The place doesn’t look like much when you drive by, but I would Second thinking if I was you.
I love my seafood and I will be coming here more often. Highly suggested and worthwhile.

My daughter treated me to this wonderful restaurant just after Christmas. If you like seafood, you will love Red Crab! The food is very flavorful. I had the holiday special with lemon garlic sauce, no spice, 1/2 lb crab legs 1/2 lb shrimp, lobster tail, sausage, corn on the cob, broccoli, hard boiled eggs and noodles. The amount of food you get for the price was very reasonable, and I took home leftovers.

Waiting an hour at a sit-down restaurant, and told they were busy with too many Uber-eats orders…?! Can’t get tables cleared…Just don’t waste your time coming here. Take your TIME and MONEY somewhere else.
