They outta be sued! They fell off bad idk if they changed management or something, but now they’re scamming with uber eats. They approve your order then cancel it. I did a dispute and was denied! This has happened twice! Plus the food is disgustingly bad! Super watery, no seasoning and old seafood!

Food was fresh and tasty. Had ours with garlic butter and would recommend.

Beyond annoyed! Drive from Bolingbrook all the way here based off of reviews, the sauce was very watery, the corn + potatoes were good. There was barely any garlic/ seasonings in the boil bag.

I ordered a side of garlic noodles and the noodles were plain- no sauce, nothing. Absolutely disappointed in my food and will not return

The food was great and I love that they had a baked food options because I was craving fried food but knew I should be ordering baked. This was also my first clam chowder, delicious. I would go back yes.

We came at 9 pm and the food was horrible from the tap water to the service the lady wanted to go back n forth due to the water being from the tap and me n my husband just didn’t want to eat from here due to the disrespect

I've been to Red Crab several times. Usually the food is good and fresh. I call in ahead of time and I pick it up, no issue. I did the same yesterday. I ordered 1/2 LB of shrimp med/all seasonings. I get home and open my meal and it's over cooked. It was disappointing since this is not my usual experience.

The food was delicious and reasonable price. But our waitress was lacking. She seemed irritated tobe there and we had to get her attention to get us drink refills. And we only got the one refill. She just disappeared most of the time. And then they automatically put a 18% tip on our bills, so she got around $50 tip from our table, and she was not worth it. We normally give extra tip even when gratuity is already added, but this time we wished we could have gave less. We will try it again because the food was good.

I purchased a ppund and a half of dungeness crab legs. I got 3 mid sized clusters that were as much shell as meat. The label said 1/2 pound . I knew it was more than 1/2 pound but I couldnt be sure if it was 1 1/2 pounds. I felt like I wad robbed on the portion. I purchase other placed and receive the same amount for 1 pound and I am full. I ate this portion of 1.5 pounds and I was still hungry.

I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The Dungeness crab was extremely overcooked and had a rubbery texture that made it almost inedible. The entire seafood bag did not taste fresh, and both my guest and I ended up with stomach aches afterward. The eggs were also overcooked and lacked any flavor.

While our server was kind and attentive, the food quality was unacceptable—especially for an $86 dinner. Neither of us could finish our meals. Sadly, this was a one-and-done experience. I won’t be returning.
