I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get...
I purchased Members Mark mini cheese tray. when opening the pull strip opened the entire package which I had to place in another bag in order to keep the cheese fresh. Should contact packaging company as packaging is not up to standards. thank you. stay well
