It's a great bean of brand of coffee. People say that China doesn't like the brand. That it's losing value. Can't see why. Reason is the coffee is being poured to full the some new comers cups. Which there no room from cream and sugar. Restrooms beening clean and there no usage in one. A third party restroom can come. It might get mini refrigerator display on there warm food. Placed in a display jar, as the bread, anyway thank you, Starbucks staff, mangers, and health department.

Should have definitely read the reviews first they don’t lie ! Girl doing the drive thru was so rude for absolutely no reason. I understand they are getting a higher volume of matcha orders but barking back at customers doesn’t solve anything. I was already hesitate to come here and this was just the icing on top, don’t waste your money here Joliet has plenty of local coffee shops.

There is no consistency in making drinks. Every time I order, my drink tastes different. It is not just this Starbucks, it's all of them. Today I ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea with water and it tasted mostly like water. Other times I'll order this and the peach is overwhelming. Same with the Iced Coffee, 6 pumps of sugar free vanilla and heavy cream. Sometimes hardly any cream and sometimes mostly cream. It's always different. I've ordered in different states and at airports and never tastes the same twice

Quinn was amazing great personality also Took our order very quickly it doesn’t seem like they get bothered about it being about to close. We came in five minutes before then which makes me look a little bit like a Butthead other than that. Very great people highly recommend it 10 out of five stars they deserve so much appreciation out of us. I hope that Quinn can get a raise soon… because he just made our entire night. Thank you so much Starbucks….❤️❤️❤️❤️

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with seven pumps of vanilla and an extra espresso shot. They gave me extra caramel and not espresso. When I told the person who was actually there that his name was (OSIRRIS), I asked if he could do it again and charge me for the extra espresso. He refused and acted very ignorant.This happened 9/13/24 9:45 am at the drive-through
