This White Castle is poorly run and the staff are incredibly incompetent and rude. There is no sense of urgency with orders because the staff is a bunch of teens and early 20s who could give a damn about speed or efficiency. The general manager is lousy as well, abuses his power and sleeps with team mates and corporate seems to be okay with that?? because nothing has been done about the situation. Stopped in tonight on our way home, staff was nice and our food was made just like we asked, thanks!
Did a mobile order and went to pick up and no one was working. They were supposed to be open. Called corporate and let them know about this so hopefully I actually get my money back. This is unacceptable
