Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant offers amazing food, drinks, and service, making it a perfect spot for special occasions. Their wines, bottled in Illinois, are exceptional and varied. The menu selections receive high marks, and the steaks are excellent, with the Surf and Turf being a standout. The skirt steak is grilled to medium rare perfection, and the scallops gratin is quite delicious. The sides are tasty, and the crème brûlée is fabulous. While the pace may be a bit slow at times, the wonderful staff, including attentive servers like Jeremy, enhance the experience. Although it can be bustling, quality and service do not suffer. For a quieter meal, guests can ask for a booth around the perimeter. Highly recommended, Cooper's Hawk consistently delivers a terrific experience.
