We had a girls dinner at Coopers Hawk and all was fantastic - the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Paula was amazing and just so sweet attentive. I ordered some appetizers to munch on. The drunken shrimp (came with 5) were good and crisp. the ‘over the border egg rolls’ were the best I have ever had! Two of the three dipping sauces it came with were dynamite! In additional to their famous crispy brussels sprouts, I will also be ordering the on the border egg rolls too. The Cooper’s hawk ale was also a delightful

I've been to this location twice. The first time was amazing. So of course on my anniversary we decided to go back. Everything was fantastic, food, wine, and service. Then when we left we decided to buy the wine we bought last time to being home... that's when someone told us we could not purchase the wine because we are not wine club members. This immediately soured our experience. I can't imagine that it is legal to deny sale due to club membership. I was hopeful to make this location our go to place for special events, but I am hesitant to go back due to this. Next time will I have to have a membership to have the wine with my meal? I feel bad rating this so low, because our waitress was great, food was good, but I can't believe within 2 months I couldn't buy the same bottle of wine because I wasn't a member...Hell even sams club has to let you buy alcohol without membership due to IL laws. This was beyond frustrating. I hope whoever decides to go there does not encounter the lady we did.

My husband and I came here on a date night. Previously I have gone to lunch with a few frienda. The food is like no other. Very delicious and the service is amazing. Friendly and they take care of you like royalty. I highly reccommend it! Will be one of my spots for sure.Kid-friendliness: I would say its more kid friendly durin the day than at night!

Service slow, food looked like it sat under a heat lamp, not all apps served together. We we're yelling to have a conversation b/c it was so loud. Disappointed CH Ambassador status customer. Other CH restaurants at least acknowledge Ambassador club status customers, not here.
I always love the food. It's the service that is hit or miss. Service is my biggest complaint at the Kildeer location. Service is much better in Wheeling and Arlington Heights.

We've gone to Cooper's Hawk a few times now in Gurnee and Kildeer with friends, family and for nice date night for my wife and I, and have enjoyed it every time. The food, service and ambiance are top notch!! Not to mention the great selection of wine to taste!!

From the Drunken Shrimp and Sweet Chili Calamari Appetizers to the Blackened Ahi Tuna everything was excellent. Great Cooper's Hawk Bloody Mary with Tito's Handmade Vodka, Skewer of Aged Cheddar, Andouille, Jumbo Shrimp, Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olive, Grape Tomato, Pickle, Sidecar of Local Craft Beer. Highly recommend. Great service too.
