“We have had very bad service at the McDonald's on Henderson Street in Galesburg Illinoisto where we will never go back to, however the one in Knoxville Illinois knows great customer service with a smile, they know how to make your sandwich right, fries are sometimes not the best, but over all we are very satisfied with this McDonald's and recommend it highly.

Kid-friendliness: They treat your children like they are human and understand that they are children

Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking and tables for wheelchair bound customers and treat them with respect“

“The lady that was there at 4am when I went in after I got off work, was not all that pleasant but I guess when you work third shift at a truck stop it can be rough. As soon as she finished our sandwiches, she left for a break and we didn't see her the rest of the time we were there. There was a rude couple that came in yelling that there were customers here and they needed service. The counter was not well covered at that moment. We left not wanting to listen to that lady yelling.

Parking: Parking is never an issue.“

“This Wendy's was amazing! I couldn't find a cefcu ATM around and I hadn't eaten all day, since I was traveling go my brothers place. And I didn't have any cash, and when I went through the drive through on sunday July 13 at 630pm, I asked if there was any way I could get a $5 biggie bag. ( I had no way to pay on me.) And without hesitation the staff spotted me a $5 biggie bag. Thank so much Wendy's staff for helping me out, you all deserve a raise!!!! Thanks!

“Not much to tell, me and my wife went to the drive-thru she got a Cheesy beef and bean burrito and I got one of those double beef cheesy burritos, both were on the $3 menu. Sometimes it's hit-and-miss with Taco Bell but this was really delicious and the drive-thru lady was really really nice“

“This review is for the Subway on Henderson Street. If you go to Subway in Galesburg, DO NOT go to the one on East Main. Go to the one on Henderson Street. The people are much nicer, the sit-down area is cleaner and you get enough on your sandwich to know it's a sandwich and not just a loaf of bread.“
