Nice and clean place. Service was prompt and gracious. Good job all around! I hope to return there soon.

I was astonished at the way Serafin spoke with me. He was absolutely rude to his customers. I had an issue with my food and he told me to get the hell out. I will not be coming back here anytime soon because of his actions. I also found a hair in my food.

Authentic Mexican food and a fantastic selection of tequilas. The service is excellent. I haven't had a bad dish yet. Try a daily special for a change of pace. The Asada Diablo with Shrimp was incredible!

I ordered the enchilada dinner while my wife had the fajita dinner, along with a horchata and michelada. When my plate arrived, I was shocked it only had two enchiladas. Every other Mexican restaurant I’ve been to serves at least three. To make matters worse, the enchiladas were disappointing. The chile verde sauce tasted like it came straight from a store bought bottle, and the rice and beans didn’t taste fresh at all.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has positive reviews. I don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback, but this restaurant really needs to step up its quality. There are plenty of authentic Mexican restaurants in the Chicagoland area that serve much better food.

Second time the kitchen made a mistake with my order. I paid for a trio taco dinner and only two were in the carry out container . Last time they charged me $5 for a side of guacamole and forgot to pack it into the carryout box . I had to go back for it, then staff member Serafeen said to ask for free guac next time. Why not acknowledge the mistake and give me free guac there and then? I even tipped the cashier. Do I have to open the container before I leave the restaurant?

For 4 of the 5 in our party, the food was bland and unimaginative. The one who ordered steak fajitas liked his. Staff was slow and/or negligent responding to requests. We expected better for the prices charged.

We used Santiagos Tacos for my husbands law school graduation party at our house! They were on time and did an amazing job keeping up with the food orders and making sure every order was perfect! They kept track of the total headcount so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! My guests could not stop talking about how tasty the food was- some even took to go boxes! HIGHLY recommend them so any social event, party graduation, or wedding!

Food was bland, no flavor / lack of spices. Waitress knew very little english. Taco dinner came with mushrooms and broccoli in the tacos??? Beef Taco salad had mini cheese rolls & raw green pepper strips, It would make more sense if it was cooked. Given the area I would have expected better flavor and normal ingredients.
