The food is so delicious. Generous portions. Some of my favs are Shrimp Shumai, Soup Dumplings and Chicken Chow Fun.
From the minute we walked in everything was wonderful. Our server was friendly and beyond accommodating. As was the chef when we requested a dish not on the menu. The food was exceptional. The best Chinese food we’ve ever had in the suburbs. Definitely compares to Chinatown.
Everything we tried from the menu was amazing, from apps to sushi rolls, to the main courses and signature drinks. The staff could not have been more friendly. Definitely a bright spot to our hotel stay.

La Mom Kitchen LaGrange is a family owned spot with wonderful owners and truly great people. The food is always good, with delicious chicken pot stickers, shrimp fried rice, salt and pepper shrimp, and awesome sesame chicken. Vegetarian/vegan options include mapo tofu (available veg), pickle fried rice, and szechuan green beans. The lychee martini is the most amazing cocktail in the area, and the Ube cocktail is great too. Service is attentive, kind, and on point. A simple takeout mistake was fixed with an extra side and plate. Lamb curry was pretty good, and kung pao chicken was yummy with minimal heat. The food is excellent and truly the most delicious chinese food. Highly recommend this spot.
