We decided to try a little bit of everything so we could really experience the menu. We ordered the oxtails, Alfredo pasta, lamb chops, fried catfish, rib tips, baked mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every single dish was on point. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. “Up until now, I have never wanted to try frog legs until I tasted theirs. Took my Mom to lunch and tried one of hers which turned into a few and now I'm hooked. They were moist, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Very fresh and well sized. Didnt too much care for the chicken wing zings. They were too salty although fresh and crispy. Also had the seafood salad which was good. Been back again for the frog legs. FYI it is CASH ONLY. Great customer service which was a plus for me. So I didn't mind coming back considering I live no where near the restaurant.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. “The fee for byob was $10 which I think is a great price compared to other similar seafood restaurants. There was a waitlist of about 30mins but it was also a busy Sunday afternoon so that is to be expected. Service was attentive from not only our main server but the rest of the team as well. They were very accommodating to the various requests we had from extra items at the table to the volume of music. The food itself could have used minor changes like less or more of certain seasonings for certain dishes but maybe that’s just me and my preferences. Overall for our first time at this location we were left with a great impression and will likely be back again soon!“
