The space itself is beautiful and while it seats more than you'd think, there's a level of coziness and intimacy. The food is well prepared and delicious. With elevated dishes, I thought the menu offers flair and thoughtfulness. Amongst our group we had carrots, truffle gnocchi, burgers, chicken, milk and cookies, espresso martinis, and the milk punch. Not a single miss, we were all happy members of the clean plate club. I had a phenomenal experience at Oliver's and cannot wait for my next visit, I will certainly be back in the near future.“

“I went for a friends graduation brunch, and it was definitely a hopping spot in the city, and I can see the appeal for the rooftop views alone, but I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you’re getting in my opinion. I had the biscuits and gravy ($25) which was fine but also strange in that it tasted more like a chowder than gravy. I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were and came in an order of 3 for $12. As I said, a bit overpriced for cookies, but actually felt worth it for their size and deliciousness. Of course, part of why you’re coming here is for the views and this place did not disappoint! Despite it being a very hot day outside, there was a good crowd out there especially because there’s a bar on the patio as well. And even though it was very busy throughout the entire time there, my party and I had fairly consistent service, although I did have my drink order forgotten, but the server ended up comping me for it, which made up for it.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

“The Griffin Museum of Science and Industry was an amazing experience with something memorable around every corner. The Spider-Man exhibit was a lot of fun, and the storm and airplane simulations made the science feel hands-on, exciting, and real.

The human specimen exhibition was not something I am into but it is interesting.

Another major highlight was walking through the full-sized United Airlines Boeing 727. It was especially meaningful to learn that the aircraft honors Captain William Norwood, United’s first Black pilot, and reflects the important legacy of Black achievement and representation in aviation. We visited during a Black pilots convention in August, along with a pilot there for the conference, which made that connection even more powerful and inspiring.

This museum blends interactive science, history, innovation, and powerful stories in a way that keeps visitors engaged. Definitely a five-star visit and well worth the time.“

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. The service started off great and stayed that way the entire time. We were seated very quickly and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food came out fresh and hot, and no joke; everything we tried was extremely delicious. We decided to try a little bit of everything so we could really experience the menu. We ordered the oxtails, Alfredo pasta, lamb chops, fried catfish, rib tips, baked mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every single dish was on point. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. Great food, great service, and a clean environment; you can’t ask for much more than that. Hands down a 10/10 experience.
