I ordered hand-pulled noodles in hot and sour sauce, which was a very generously-sized bowl of fresh noodles that had a great texture—delicate and chewy at the same time, in a savory sauce. It was so flavorful and filling, but didn’t feel heavy. I also got several vegetable dishes that I loved: eggplant in spicy garlic sauce, and stir-fried cabbage. Both were delicious, but the cabbage had a really nice smoky char from the wok heat. I’m so excited to come back and try more of their dishes.“

The flavor of the brisket wonton soup was divine and the brisket was tender.

The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. “This is a nice little place tucked on a side street in Chinatown. The kabobs came out really fast and the cold soup was exactly as stated...cold, lol! The cabbage and lamb kabobs were the best. “Got two soups and sliced beef shank delivered. Everything was tasty and packaged well — like some ramen joints, they have the soup in the bowl with a tray insert that separates the noodles and toppings, preventing them from getting soggy on the way to your house.

The seafood noodle had plenty of seafood toppings, plus pickled mustard greens and half of a braised egg. The Taiwanese beef noodle was the best I’ve had in Chicago so far, including Taiwanese-specific restaurants. Came with pickled veg, a good portion of beef, and half of a soy sauce braised egg.

The food tasted good, but my son and husband said the pork didn’t have a lot of meat on the bones.
The fried lotus I ordered was alright.
We noticed others ordering a dry hot pot, which looked good and maybe we should have tried that.

We ordered KUNG BAO DELIGHT, and it was very tasty, and the portion was very large.
We also ordered COMBINATION FRIED RICE, and it tasted great, but I asked to make spicy, and they didn't prepare it properly.

“This restaurant offers flavorful and delicious Cantonese style food with reasonable prices. I have to say that this restaurant blows away many of the restaurants in the main Chinatown area. It's a bit farther away but it's well worth it. Plus you don't have to fight the congestive traffic and finding a parking space in Chinatown. All 5 dishes taste fresh and very delicious.
