Will com back for the dumplings, eggplant salad and doushabing! 4 star for the food because the plum juice was not sour enough comparing to the ones I had growing up, the xi’an bing was okay, very lamby for those who don’t like lamb-I would stay away from that until they improve/change how they make them. Dandan noodle had an interesting taste which did not have enough flavor for me. Overall a great experience!“

I ordered hand-pulled noodles in hot and sour sauce, which was a very generously-sized bowl of fresh noodles that had a great texture—delicate and chewy at the same time, in a savory sauce. It was so flavorful and filling, but didn’t feel heavy. I also got several vegetable dishes that I loved: eggplant in spicy garlic sauce, and stir-fried cabbage. Both were delicious, but the cabbage had a really nice smoky char from the wok heat. I’m so excited to come back and try more of their dishes.“

“Did the karaoke party - - family style food first then karaoke. The crab rangoon is very good as well as the garlic green beans. The orange chicken head very orange-y. Also came with vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, sushi, dumplings. I thought the rest of the food was just ok but I'd be willing to go back to try food specifically that I prefer and could order. It's byob but he supplies ice and there is liquor on site. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. “This place is awesome! We went for a girls night and enjoyed the whole hotpot experience! The lamb is halal here, so we were happy to have a meat option. However, the veggie broth itself is so flavorful—having just veggies would have been just fine! By the end of the night we were drinking cups of the broth, because of how flavorful it was!! “Order the Thai Red Curry off the takeout menu... it is our favorite dish. In fact, the staff at Jin Asian knows our order when we walk in the door. I get the chicken, my fiance gets the beef, and we have them add mushrooms to both. That, plus the Crab Rangoon with apricot-based sauce, makes one of my favorite meals in the city.
