This is definitely some of the better dim sum I’ve had. I’m not sure what it’s called but my favorite one is like shrimp amd egg and it’s a little toasted. And the custard tart is so good. The crust is so flaky
They have my favorite honey ginger soy pudding ( Sunday only), and almond pudding. Yam
We have been going to Farm for dim sum for at least 20 years. Although it’s gotten more expensive, we still enjoy it and always bring friends. I love the Taro root puff and the turnip cake. I like the chive dumplings. Oh, there’s just so much. I tend to stay away from the buns, but I like everything else a lot and it’s hard to pick a favorite.
