“Had a variety of food from Chinese to American and Mexican food. The food is always warm and the wait isn’t long. The place empties out quite fast. The price per person was around $20 so it’s not as expensive as other places. I had plenty of sushi and Dim Sum they were my favorites. I recommend others to try out the seafood and try out the dim sum. If your by the area stop by and check it out.“

“We first tried jianbing in Shanghai, and it was a magical experience to get it made right in front of us in a big, round griddle! And they were soooo cheap, like $2 USD. This place is a wonderful version that doesn't have the same magic, but the flavors are great, and there are many versions to match your cravings. The portion is big and satisfying for lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and nice, comfy clean eat in space.“

“Old school joint. Mongolian beef and curry beef were very good and the portions were huge. Probably enough for 3 meals. Mee Mahs will always be the best there was for me when it comes to Mongolian beef, but Peking's is one of the better ones I've had. Wife really enjoyed the curry. The crab Rangoon was one of the most bland I've ever had. Crunch was good, but sweet and sour sauce was necessary. Egg roll was on the bland side as well. Wish they would have had hot mustard for it. Overall the mains we're really good and we'll probably try some of the other options in the future. A lunch special menu would be nice, but the portion size is great for the price“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. Asian Cuisine express will be a regular stop now for us every time we go to Chicago... we highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant and we can't wait until we visit there again. “I sat in and got the birria tacos, and they were SO good. The horchata, churros, rice, and beans were delicious and tasted authentic too. I’m extremely picky when it comes to Mexican food, so I don’t say this lightly, but everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The owner was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel really warm and comforting. You can really tell they care about the food and the people who come in.

Definitely recommend giving Taco Verde a try if you’re in Glenview. 10/10! ❤“

The Kung Pao Chicken is one of my favorites along with their Pork Fried Rice, but I have enjoyed many of their dishes - BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, Beef Chop Suey on crispy chow mein noodles - all delicious. The servings are large - plenty to share or take home for tomorrow's lunch. All the staff are friendly and efficient, and you can eat in, pickup or order delivery. Try House of Wah Sun; you won't be disappointed.“

“Let me start by saying that this place is one of a kind! I love trying out their special for the first time! It did not disappoint at all!

I ordered sesame chicken special for pick-up. I came in and waited patiently till my ordered arrived, so i looked around and I was intrigued by that fish tank with huge fish. It wasn't too crazy busy when I came in, but otherwise I enjoyed my first visit inside. The lunch special only costed me $8 with crab lagoon & fortune cookie! Best affordable deal ever!

The food was just amazing and I see why it took long for it to be made. They put lot of love and care with the big portions! Sesame chicken was flavorful and juicy, chicken fried rice and simply tasty, and crab ragoon was honestly really good despite trying it the first time.

I gotta say, they earned my respect and I sure will have to order their lunch special again! P.s their special run from 11am-3:30p.m Tuesday- Saturday! Please support these hardworking people ❤✨“

“A literal hole in the wall, but a hidden gem. I’ve been ordering from here since 2010 and the food has always been delicious. The portions sizes are big enough for two people even if you order a small size. The lady at the window is always kind and happy to help. I definitely recommend ordering from here!“

“The portion size is GIANT. This orange chicken dinner plate had weight. It tastes like it’s made from real oranges. I also got the non-veggie egg-roll which had multiple meats in it.
I would have liked more seasoning in the fried rice but I added soy sauce and it was fine.“

“Had dinner here and ordered the pho tai, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls to share. The pho broth was flavorful without being too salty, and the beef was sliced nice and thin. The egg rolls came out hot and crispy, which was a nice bonus. Our server was friendly and brought extra bean sprouts and lime when I asked. Cozy little spot with a relaxed feel.“

“We were in the area from the suburbs and were looking for a Chinese food place around us. We saw that Wen Cai was once of them and decided to try it because it had such great reviews. This place did not disappoint. I have a vegetarian diet, and I ordered kung pao tofu which was not on the menu but they still made for me. I also order the veggie lo mein. My husband had the shrimp friend rice, crab Rangoon and Szechuan beef. This is some of the best kung pao tofu and veggie lo mein I’ve ever had. The food was so flavorful. My husband also said it was some of the best that he has had as well. The only disappointing thing is that this place isn’t anywhere near where we live. Will definitely be back.“

“Great food, my wife and I had the Hunan beef and Beef fun. Very delicious wel portioned and not at all oily. Very flavorful. Staff is cordial snd helpful. Hope this restaurant stays open for a long time, definately will be going back. YUM!“
