“I was in area and stopped in. The nice woman at the counter suggested the General Tso Chickin. I proceeded to order the combo which came with fried rice and an egg roll.
All of which I felt was very delicious and portion size was more than I could eat in a sitting.

“I ordered the szechuan dan dan noodles. I forgot that there were peanut pieces/crumbs on it as a topping included and it came as a surprise and the boss lady was soooo sweet and kind. she was so eager and genuine, and instantly made a worried expression and offered to remake it. me and my friend ordered 2 noodle dishes, and it took like 15 minutes or so to wait. THE NOODLES WERE AMAZING. the hand pull noodles were so good so wait was worth it. the seasoning and taste and portions and price were all amazing. great experience i loved the lady thanks for the service.“

“Taco Verde is hands down one of our favorite spots for amazing halal tacos! The quality and flavor are consistently outstanding. We absolutely love their Birria Tacos — perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with rich, authentic flavor.

Their Birria Pizza Tacos are a must-try as well. Such a creative twist, loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every bite is satisfying.

“Asian Bistro is hands down one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to in Illinois.

The food was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, every bite left me wanting more. The chicken with chili peppers was easily the standout and one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked in often while also offering great recommendations.

“The guy that answered the phone and took my order could have sounded like he was interested or at least a little bit friendly. Other than that I do have to say they're sweet and sour chicken is probably the best around. They're fried rice is also delicious. It's been a while since I was there so when I go back I'll update on the next dish that I get. All in all it's definitely good food.“

I am a FAN of chinese food, but no where around suburbs and chicago will you find such FRESH food! Veggies are perfectly done, meat is perfectly cooked! Sauce is amazing taste! I had their Happy Family Dish , Chicken fried rice and Khan Pau Chicken .

“LOVE this place and low-key consider it a hidden gem. Prices are so reasonable, even after having gone up in January - lunch special is $8. Portions have shrunk some (that's to be expected when prices go up) but it's still enough food to fill you up. Occasionally they'll get something small wrong (fried rice when I asked for white), but everything I've ordered from here is tasty, which is what not only keeps me coming back, but keeps me telling my coworkers about this place.“

I quickly became a huge fan after eating large well prepared portions I would expect from a normal sit down restaurant. “Kind of expensive. Cabbage with a few drops of bacon $16.. two small spicy hotpot fish didn't taste so fresh sliced into 4 filets $50. Overall atmosphere is good and clean and plates are brought out by robots first before the server put them on the table. Overall probably would go back again but not ordering those two items.“

Our egg rolls were tasty but without the traditional Chinese fried outside. These were pretty greasy but had more meat than vegetables which was a pleasant surprise. They came only with a Chile sweet sauce and it added to the taste. Our potstickers were just ok and had a slightly gooey exterior. \nOur main courses included Mongolian beef which was much higher quality beef than most places offer. Nice flavor and sauce. Our noodle dish with chicken was also flavorful as were the moo shu chicken ingredients. \nPrices were on the high side but the portions were generous and the quality deserved it. The value was great and we would return.“

“We visited Fong’s Chinese Restaurant in November with my children when we were in Chicago for my son’s bootcamp graduation. It turned out to be such a warm and pleasant experience.

The service was very good, and the staff was genuinely friendly. We were pleasantly overwhelmed by the big servings—the food was delicious, fresh, and definitely worth the price. The attendant was especially kind; he even offered a small toy to my grandson to help cheer him up when he started crying. They also gifted us a 2026 calendar as a keepsake, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We’ve been looking for a new Chinese restaurant and it’s looking like Moon Temple is going to be our go to from now on.

And not to mention a lot of meat.
