“I almost never find a Chinese restaurant that handles allergens well, much less one that actually tastes good. We recently dined in at Palace and the food was great and had plenty of gluten free options for our family. Great food, great value, will definitely be back.“

“We first tried jianbing in Shanghai, and it was a magical experience to get it made right in front of us in a big, round griddle! And they were soooo cheap, like $2 USD. This place is a wonderful version that doesn't have the same magic, but the flavors are great, and there are many versions to match your cravings. The portion is big and satisfying for lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and nice, comfy clean eat in space.“

“I sat in and got the birria tacos, and they were SO good. The horchata, churros, rice, and beans were delicious and tasted authentic too. I’m extremely picky when it comes to Mexican food, so I don’t say this lightly, but everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The owner was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel really warm and comforting. You can really tell they care about the food and the people who come in.

Definitely recommend giving Taco Verde a try if you’re in Glenview. 10/10! ❤“

“This is definitely some of the better dim sum I’ve had. I’m not sure what it’s called but my favorite one is like shrimp amd egg and it’s a little toasted. And the custard tart is so good. The crust is so flaky“

The Kung Pao Chicken is one of my favorites along with their Pork Fried Rice, but I have enjoyed many of their dishes - BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, Beef Chop Suey on crispy chow mein noodles - all delicious. The servings are large - plenty to share or take home for tomorrow's lunch. All the staff are friendly and efficient, and you can eat in, pickup or order delivery. “They removed the self-serve setup by the wall. Now they are using the paper menu that you mark what you want and they will bring to your table. It is fine if you eat lunch or when they are not so busy but if it’s dinner or weekends you may wait for a while to get foods served. I personally like the self-serve style more since I don’t need to wait. I came for lunch $23.99/person, it’s not busy, the staff served foods quickly, no wait.“

“Loved the food here! I went here with friends and family for the first time, very memorable! We went as a larger group of around 12 people. At first the staff told us that we would have to wait 30 minutes, but instead they decided to push a few tables together—so we could sit. It was very kind and thoughtful of them!! I absolutely loved the food, the sanji and dumplings being my absolute favorite! My least favorite dish was the chili pepper chicken, it tasted acidic and me and my friends ate the rice rather the chicken. Its personal preference though, so you might like it! The atmosphere was very nice and personally very cute in numerous ways!“

“The portion size is GIANT. This orange chicken dinner plate had weight. It tastes like it’s made from real oranges. I also got the non-veggie egg-roll which had multiple meats in it.

“Our new take out spot!! I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have more reviews. We ordered take out on a Friday and it was ready in 15 minutes. We got the Singapore noodles which I really loved they have a curry taste to them. General tso chicken was delicious and i really loved the fried rice. Get the custard filled buns for dessert too. We will definitely be back. It is well priced for the amount of food you get.“

The food is delicious—packed with flavor. It’s definitely THE BEST CHOICE. The prices are unbeatable and you have so many healthy options!
From now on, I won’t go anywhere else. If you order online your food is very well packed and if you want to visit the place it’s a lovely spot for a family meal or to take a guest, and the service is excellent!

“Let me start by saying that this place is one of a kind! I love trying out their special for the first time! It did not disappoint at all!

I ordered sesame chicken special for pick-up. I came in and waited patiently till my ordered arrived, so i looked around and I was intrigued by that fish tank with huge fish. It wasn't too crazy busy when I came in, but otherwise I enjoyed my first visit inside. The lunch special only costed me $8 with crab lagoon & fortune cookie! Best affordable deal ever!

The food was just amazing and I see why it took long for it to be made. They put lot of love and care with the big portions! Sesame chicken was flavorful and juicy, chicken fried rice and simply tasty, and crab ragoon was honestly really good despite trying it the first time.
