Soups are must try’s. Very Cantonese. Chicken in the soup are not edible. Just drink the soup and pick the abalone and mushrooms in the soup.
Lobster/crab with sticky rice is one of their signature dishes. Leeks with fish fillet as well. But I will recommend it to those who are not used to the crispy texture of the fish. These fish are grown up with a special diet that makes the meat texture crispy but not tender.
