Tried for the first time tonight. Cant say enough good things!!! Everything was delicious❤️ I had the smoked chicken with slaw and taters, husband had the brisket and turkey with baked beans and corn bread. Chicken was perfectly smoked and juicy. Brisket had perfect smoke ring and was also juicy and delicious. All the sides were terrific, and corn bread was perfect! Wow. No disrespect to Smoking Pit in Peoria, but FroSmokes has made it to the top of my list for BBQ in Central Illinois. Mouthwatering brisket, perfectly smoked. It was served with a side of sweet BBQ sauce, which was also delicious. The meat can stand on its own, but I do appreciate a good BBQ sauce. The food was good, but the coleslaw was a bit small. The menu was cool, but hard to read. The service was great as there was (usually) a person at the counter. Although there was nobody else there, it took roughly 5 minutes to get 2 meals after we ordered them. The atmosphere was amazing as you could smell the bbq, amazing music, and an overall great design.
