Ordered 2 subs, 3 cookies, and chips. All 3 of the cookies were still raw, and when I called they said “that they could replace the cookies, but that’s what corporate calls for to cook the cookies.” Then tried telling me that they could replace the cookies. Why would I want to get replaced cookies, just for those to be raw too? I worked at a subway and I know they aren’t supposed to still look like full on cookie dough. It was flatter than a damn pancake. But on top of that, they had the cookies I wanted, but apparently “misread” the order and gave me the wrong thing. My 2 year old is picky as hell, and wouldn’t eat the other ones they gave us. I will also note, I’ve gotten cookies there before and they never looked the way, they did today. Just disappointed.

Worst service I have every had, walked in at 8:32pm and she said how many people are you feeding I just put everything away . I replied 4 people , they made two subs for me and I ordered two pizzas , they put cheese and them and said they are done I can’t put anything else on them. So rude , I will never go back there and we are from lacon . If you hate your job that much you should find something else or be fired

Horrible customer service. DAWN made my sandwiches wrong and had the nerve to hang up on me after accusing me of yelling. Refused to give me the number to the district office and wouldn't give me her bosses name. And actually unhooked the phone when I tried to call back when she hung up. Never had a good experience if dawn been there 18 years. Subway is lacking. Because I've never encountered such ignorance.

I've made many trips to this subway and. Always pleased with the food and service. Very well maintained and clean area. Super nice employees who take there time to make sure your order is the way you like it. The foundation sodas taste better here and so does the food. Will always recommend it.

The staff member encountered today was rude to the point it felt abusive. There is no need to raise your voice and yell at a paying customer. Will not being going back after being treated so horribly.

The food and the service at any of the Subway's I've ever been to have always been great. The same can be said about the Subway in Henry, Il. My ONLY issue is that I have recently found out they are not chopping salads anymore. Doesn't sound like a big deal and it really isn't. It takes extra time when there are a lot of people ordering and waiting. I work out on the road most days and it's difficult to try chopping my salad on my lap especially when the disposable container has a round bottom.WOW, that makes me sound extremely whinny when there are MUCH worse things going on in our world right now!I'm just a little disappointed.
