“As we all know, Rip’s chicken is clearly the BEST. Have you ever thought about ordering Rips as a catering service? Not only was the service great, but the food was amazing. My wedding guests raved about it for weeks. We still hear about how much they loved the food. They make the best homemade Pasta and the chicken, as always was so good. They offered so many different sides to choose from and everything turned out perfectly. They had a nice setup and their girls kept the guest tables clean the entire time they were there. Seriously, by the end of the night I don’t think I saw one plate or empty cup on a single table! The owner works seamlessly with the venue and Rips staff to make sure your dinner services are top notch. I would 10/10 recommend Rip’s Tavern in general, but especially for an event. Our server, Tracy H, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Uptown is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Illinois Valley. “One of the best if not THE best Mexican-Bar Restaurant in the entirety of Illinois. I am from Los Angeles and we have one of the best Mexican food restaurants and I am fully confident and convinced Di-ga Tacos can hold up to any of the high rated LA Mexican Restaurants. I absolutely love eating at Di-ga Tacos as they have a huge variety of food and options. My favorite are the Carne Asada Nachos. They are insanely delicious and I could probably eat them every day. They also have a large refreshing drinks menu. The great part about the restaurant is that they also have a bar and available karaoke every Saturday. For the hot summer day they have ice cream and other cold snacks inside to cool down. But one of the most awesome things is that they cater to any event!”
