“Anam Cara Cafe was the perfect location for our family reunion on Black Friday! We were able to reserve a private room, so the little ones had free range to run around and not bother other patrons and the adults could comfortably hear each other and catch up. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the reservation to not rushing us out at the end of our gathering. They gave us great and attentive service without hovering and interrupting our conversations. Food was excellent and served promptly. Would definitely recommend! We're already talking about meeting there again when the Wisconsin and Chicago sides of the family meet up the next time.“

“Absolutely love Tala. I firstly want to emphasize how friendly the staff is. They've helped me many times as a new-to-coffee drinker and are always very accommodating. The menu features many classics but their specials menu is where it's at, and rotates throughout the year. But their matcha is the best and has officially made me a matcha lover. Also love their small but delicious baked goods options, which include gluten free muffins! Great atmosphere, plenty of seating, and typically quiet atmosphere with easy parking, but can get quite busy at peak times, especially weekends.“

“Been coming here since they opened. Consistently good food and friendly staff. Love the burgers and paninis. It’s livelier than the traditional diner, partly because of the bright walls, and a great place to eat!“

This is one of my go to places in Libertyville. I love the atmosphere, the location, and their sandwiches/scones. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is I'm a chai lover and I wish they had a chai that was vanilla flavored on the menu. It's very spicy and I'm not a fan. Other than this, my friends always rave about the drinks they get since I'm not an actual coffee person.“

“What can I say: the bakery, food, and drink offerings here are outstanding and the owner is incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about what she's doing.
You really can't go wrong with any of the grab and go cake, cupcake, or pastry items. We've gotten many of them, and we've also gotten special order cakes from here that have been wonderful. Their breakfast burritos (vegetarian or not) are a great quick breakfast option. The quiches (which are relatively new) are exceptional. The hibiscus agua fresca is a lovely refreshing drink for a hot day.
I hope this place stays here for a long time because its popularity has added liveliness to the Roger Williams area.“

“10 STARS IF I COULD When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck. She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend! Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.“

“Lucky Jack's has to be the epitome of gaming cafes! There are three locations in the srea, all of which are identically appointed. All are very clean and spacious. You're not cramped into an area the size of a closet, or behind a roped off space up against a wall. There's ample space given between machines as well as a seating area where you can wait for a gaming station in comfortable surroundings. They also have a bar to sit at and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. If you're playing, you're invited to share in a selection of salty snacks, and soft drinks are also gratis to gamers. The attendants always greet you with a "welcome to Lucky Jack's" and are attentive to your needs while playing.“

“Tried this location this past January after roaming around Northbrook Court and just as good as any LF location I've been to.
I apologize in advance that really the only thing I've ever had at any Liquid Fusion location for the most part is bubble tea.
Had the Strawberry Bingsu once which was good at the SW Northbrook location (it really is Glenview) but it's mostly the bubble tea my family & I come for.
My now 10-year-old son loves Taro bubble tea which is really the only flavor he's ever ordered in any boba house we've been to.
Good boba at fair prices in a clean & laid back atmosphere with friendly service. We live pretty far north in Beach Park but if ever in the area again, Liquid Fusion is a GO.“

“Was at Port Clinton Art Fair, had just gotten Italian ice, and saw these beautiful croissants out of the corner of my eye. I quickly did an about face. The Crème Brûlée croissant 🔥🔥and the Almond Croissant 🥇if you guys already do a Koigin Aman, I need to try it, if you don,t, you should!,Your laminated dough is wonderful & buttery, top notch.“

“I have gone to many different Panera's and this one is by far the best. Service, food, and the manager was over the top accommodating. I had to change the pick up date and he step right up and took care of it. Couldn't be happier, will use them again!!!!“
