So very very disappointed ?. I Stopped for some warm soft pretzel bites to walk out empty handed and upset do to the worker and how she handled the entire situation. There was a sign that said, "sorry we are closed, but we look forward to helping you next time." Regular hours: 10am-7pm" (pic included) so I checked my watch and noticed it was a little after 10 am. The female worker was there, half the warmer was filled with items and she was, pulling the cooked pretzels out of the frier and getting them ready to put in the other side. So I thought maybe she forgot to put the sign back no big deal, so I stopped at the counter and was completely ignored, even though she had looked at me a few times, finally after a bit from across the way she stated she was "closed" and continued what she was doing, we pointed out to her that their sign said regular hours were 10am, to which her reply was "o well" "I don't have the warmer full with everything so I can't sell anything" and she turned her back and walked away. We tried to ask another question to which she kept her back to us and continued to ignore us, we asked if there was a manager we could talk to still ignored, so as the picture shows 10:33am we walked away empty handed and had to go else where. Now this is a place we frequent to enjoy those warm delicious soft pretzel bites, but experiences like this and really for no reason, make it hard to go back, so for this visit and this worker 2 thumbs down.

I a m a regular costumer from this oasis, I stop by probably about two to three times a week , and always a big fan of the cinnamon pretzels but every time there's none cinnamon pretzels made, and the employee always said that there is 15 minutes wait to get them and he can't do it because he is by himself but there is no waiting line or a lot costumers !! He is very rude, today I decided to wait and this time they where two employees but anyway he said 15 mnts wait so I wait, in reality only took them probably 5 mnts to make them but they make me wait the 15 mnts, meanwhile I was waiting there was only one costumer , both employees just standing there, the employee has no clue about costumer service, unfortunately bad experience with this Aunties, others Aunties are friendly and eager to work and have excellent costumer service they always put a smile on our faces. The owner should learn from them.

Add me to the list of people struck by the random closing time. Open until 8, but closed at 7:15

It is currently 6:35pm. The hours say this joint closes at 8pm, but we walked in to see they had a ‘closed’ sign up with several workers just standing around doing nothing. After reading several other reviews, I’m not sure why these people are being paid to do nothing. Shut it down!

Who sells this crap? We drove 2 hours for me to get a 6 hour chemo infusion and are now driving 2 hours home. My husband wanted something quick for the car. When he got out, he saw this. We are both way to spent today to go back in and confront an employee.

This was a VERY, VERY sad day for our family. We had just attended a family member's funeral and we were driving to be with everyone at a relative's home. We stopped at this Aunt Annie's on the way because our loved one adored Auntie Annie's pretzels. The manager, Zeke, was on duty. He was rude. He was not happy that we wanted to purchase as much as we did (3 salted pretzels, 2 regular pretzels and 2 small nugget buckets. Back in the car, we discovered the 2 regular pretzels were hard and unedible. (We didn't return them. Zeke had let us know he wouldn't have any new pretzels for a minimum of 20 minutes.) It was 3 pm on a Thursday. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but we were, and he made it worse. While we will continue to go Auntie Annie's and fondly remember our loved one. We will never return to this location.

My grandmother and I used to always get (or make) auntie anne's pretzels together. It was something my mother and I would enjoy going to the mall, or buying the kits and making these together. It was a special memory. Today, after attending my grandmothers funeral, we stopped at the oasis to honor her with her favorite meal, something the whole family participate in. We purchased several pretzels, drinks and bites. However, the manager Zeeke who was the current worker was rude, awful and generally miserable. He made us feel like an inconvenience. He made what should have been a fun and beautiful memory, something I literally had to review. I know there is no way for him to know what were experiencing, but regardless of our day, the experience should have been different.

My experience was great! During these challenging times, there was a minor situation that was out of their control. I called the Auntie Anne's the next day and spoke to Megan the acting/assistant manager. Megan listened to my concern and welcomed me to come back and have my order fulfilled properly. She also added free items to make sure I was satisfied. Megan was very relatable and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great discussion with her. I can't wait to come back to this location which is in a food court of lots of other fast food options and gas station!
