So very very disappointed ?. I Stopped for some warm soft pretzel bites to walk out empty handed and upset do to the worker and how she handled the entire situation. There was a sign that said, "sorry we are closed, but we look forward to helping you next time." Regular hours: 10am-7pm" (pic included) so I checked my watch and noticed it was a little after 10 am. My experience was great! During these challenging times, there was a minor situation that was out of their control. I called the Auntie Anne's the next day and spoke to Megan the acting/assistant manager. Megan listened to my concern and welcomed me to come back and have my order fulfilled properly.
