Asked for 1 cream and 1 sugar. Tried to give me 1 cream donut, and one sugar donut? Then gave me the wrong change saying she didn't see the 75 cents I gave her? Then didn't even put cream or sugar into my coffee..
I was there this morning and ordered a coffee, donut, muffin and bagel toasted with cream cheese. I left to go to work and noticed they didn't give me my donut and when I got to work and wanted to eat my bagel it was a toasted bagel without cream cheese. Tried to call multiple times, no response! This is not the first time this has happened at the Lake Forest Oasis location.. I won't be going there anymore

Has to be consistently one of the worst. Came for ice cream. Nothing but yhe junk flavors left. Not even plain chocolate! No oreos for half their specialty drinks. Barely even enough for a smoothie. Poor planning or poor management.Don't waste time stopping here because 3 out of the 4 times I have they have Been out of most items.
