The customer service is bad. I placed my order in time but my coffee and my wife ice tea didn’t taste right at all. My coffee didn’t have anything that I add extra to it and my wife ice tea was just ice and taste like water. What is the point to have staff who isn’t going to do their job right as customer service but not just that the drinks don’t taste right. We were on the road and don’t have time to turn around to ask for it to be done right - when it should have been done right the first time. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for! You need better people working there and do the orders right. Don’t come here if you want your drinks not to taste what you ordered!

supposed to be open until 10pm and no one is answering the drive thru speaker or window even though the window is half open. thank you for wasting my time.
They always open late here never on time so don’t arrive early waste of time
I’m coming out of work and I wanted something to eat real quick they took at least five minutes to respond to the drive-through intercom. No one responded. I had to say hello a couple of times even honked once after for like five minutes they finally responded. I ordered a sandwich hashbrowns and then they told me to come to the window. I was not done ordering And just said oh OK so then I’m waiting at the window for another five minutes. No one is opening the window to take my money and after five minutes again they finally come by and I told them I wasn’t done with my order. I wanted to order a drink. The two young girls look at each other smile And one of them even rolls her eyes once again they didn’t greet me. They didn’t say good afternoon good evening none of that sort even when I left they didn’t even say. Have a good day.

Watched as they continued to skip over my drink and do others. Long wait. Didnt even put expresso in its just warm milk. How does someone screw up that bad?

I ordered a large chai latte with whole milk and the first one I got was ice cold. They remade it and gave me only warm milk nothing else no chai at all.. Very frustrating and after I waited 15mins in the drive thru. (I was the only person in line…)

After I waited for the line to subside, I approached the counter & asked for some hot water(in my personal cup) only for the girl to look down the counter at another employee without saying a word to me. I thought she didn't hear me, so I politely asked her again if I could please have some hot water! A guy approached & said we charge $2.00 for that. I said $2.00 for hot water? He said, " yes, there's a $2.00 charge for hot water." I said wow well thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately for them, their lack of sales skills, lost out on the chance to make more than $2.00. Especially since my husband was standing there deciding on what flavor of a dozen donuts, he wanted to buy.
But thank goodness there was a 7/11 in the parking lot. Donuts for cheaper & hot water on a cold day in November for free!!! SMH!
Wow $2.00 for hot water in a service center in Illinois, plus all the tolls, & no customer service.
I just wonder if all the other people paid for hot water, or if they went to 7/11 too?
Just saying... Always be aware of where you spend your dollar. Know what you are paying for. Your dollar has a value & you choose the service & what you get when you pay for it.
I don't pay for poor service or bad experiences.

There's a strong reason this DD only has a 2.3 rating. The service I experienced was blatantly unfavorable. Since it appears the change to be more customer friendly is evidently slow or not intended, I recommend travelers, visitors of all categories spend their monies at one of the other venue inside the plaza. The workers were despicable. Also, freshness is not their strong point, so that implies laziness. Again, stay away until they [mgmt] or [ownership] starts to care!

Can't even rate the food because no one answers the drive through!! Been there several times now for about 4 or 5 minutes and no one bothers. Never going back.

They use microwave to toast a bagel,,, was horrible experience
So many employees and service is horrible. They should be all ashamed in not taking pride in their work and their bosses should know that they are chitchatting, eating, and not paying attention to orders that come in. Management here is lacking and have no control.
