Unfortunately, the KFC in our area, which is Fond du Lac Wisconsin was extremely horrible. It led me to not want to go into any KFC restaurants because I actually have experienced it in more than one place. The one in Fond du Lac Wisconsin eventually shut down, which was no surprise.I love the Colonel’s special recipe and grew up with it. It was so upsetting to see the downfall of an iconic restaurant. The service and food quality was just what I remembered. Thank You Reme, Domanique,David, and Jovany. And to create the challenge even more for these employees , they were running two restaurants at one time. Taco Bell and KFC. But they were able to accomplish what many of the single KFC restaurants could not. Please upper management, get it together. And please upper management, show these four employees stated above some appreciation.

The employees here all work slow as molasses. Their leisurely pace would never have flown when I worked at Taco Bell. But I can't blame the employees themselves. Management is likely not paying enough to attract qualified, motivated employees.
I ordered a single Bean Burrito Supreme. I picked up my order a half hour later with beef on it. That really doesn't work for me as a vegetarian.

Ordered four separate large mashed potatoes and separate gravy, was given the small mashed potatoes + gravy in the small containers. Also ordered 6 honey BBQ, was given 4 gravy instead. I ordered for pick up at 8:00, and the tracker said my food was ready around 8:15pm. I got to KFC around 8:20, and I waited at the counter for my food until around 8:45. At that point they were closed (closes at 9) and I couldn’t fix my order. Paid 58$ and had 2/3 of my order incorrect. Really disappointed.

I ordered a famous bowl, they asked if I wanted to try the *new spicy famous bowl*. I assumed it would be spicy chicken, but no, they literally take a normal famous bowl and cover it with a thick layer of gross, spicy oil. It did not taste good, at all. Like a pool of oil.
After taking literally 1 bite, I went to the counter and told them I didn't like it and asked if I could have a regular famous bowl instead. The lady at the counter SAID NO. She literally said they can't just trade me because I didn't like it. But.... that is how restaurants work. Literally ALL restaurants. I have never just been told to throw the food (and my money) away if i don't like it.
It's a disgusting menu option. And at the very least, they should describe what it is, so I could make an informed decision. It's super bad customer service to not exchange the food and it really makes me not want to eat at a KFC again.

After hours and hours of travel, I ran in and was greeted by such kind people - smiles and professional. For someone who does not order a lot of fast food - I was very happy with my choice and how quickly I received my piping hot sandwiches. I wish all restaurants hired such a great staff.

I'm a truck driver and I know gas station chicken strips. These are 100% gas station chicken strips. Tyson chicken strips thats what they take like.

Stopped off here to grab dinner on our way back from Chicago. The food was okay, but I would advise you never to order the Mashed Potatoes with your chicken meal. I don't know what they have done to them, but they SUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCK! The price was so high, we could have eaten at a real restaurant for less, which is what I would recommend. When asking for plates, the person acted as if it was an inconvenience and then provided us what they give to the Taco Bell customers, which was not adequate.
