I travel CHI to MKE several times a week, and can say this location CONSISTENTLY is understaffed, very slow (ie workers aren’t hustling), sometimes isn’t even open when they say they are, and quality is entirely hit or miss. Clearly has a management issue. It’s lunch rush right now with one person at the register and one slowly making orders, that’s it.

As you know I am greedier than the average bear. And this time I'm on a business trip and the cravings made me visit Panda Express. An excellent Chinese restaurant. At a good price considering the exchange rate. I forgot the photos but it's worth the detour.

Came in tonight (1-24-24) to order some food, as a truck driver and military I always had MILITARY DISCOUNT at all Panda Express restaurants, this one claim that they don’t offer it because of the managers and people in charge of this franchise, I can’t believe the can’t take these type of decision for an excellent chain of food, besides of that food was great. Hopefully you can coach your team and specially your management.
Very very deceptive unprofessional employees. Overcharged me and my coworkers. Didn't put the right portions in our boxes at that . Most items were out and no replacement for the full plus extra price we paid. Requested manager. She reopened everyone's food and basically almost shuffled everyone's food around in boxes arguing that this or that is right portions. Instead of being a professional and trying to handle the situation right she was rude and argumentive and deceptive just like the other girls. Whatever we did get was also dried out. Keep in mind they close in 3 hours and almost all items are out or low. When questioned how come they don't close in 3 hours why nothing's fresh and being replaced. Both gave us a no bother reply. I informed my coworkers to go somewhere else but everyone had already clocked out for break. Next day called requested a general manager same women came to phone. She informed me that she's the only manager.
