I've been to a number of sbarros. Today I tried this one at the oasis and it was the best. Excellent customer service and the food was super fresh and delicious. All my questions were answered. Ended up with the vegetarian spinach and cheese Stromboli with marinara that tasted like it was just made. I'll be back again when visiting this area!

In may i Brought a buddy here who has never had sbarro and they made our pizza undercooked and gave a hard time about a remake. Then today I went in for a slice and a customer in front of me bought all of the cheese (pan and New York) and when i asked if they would make more i was told no. Not that there would be a wait i was told no. The customer behind me asked the same thing and was also told no. They lost out on two sales not willing to make more. Poor experience overall and will not be going back.

Tasted microwaveable and nothing special. Sbarro at a mall is much better tasting, so I was hoping for the same quality. I ordered: a pepperoni pizza slice, cheese slice, the bell peppers, and a Stromboli. Honestly, very disappointed. On the other hand, the presentation of the food is very amazing. It’s just the quality is nothing worth wasting money on.
