I placed a pick-up order for this location on 6/12/25 for 6:18 PM. I did this because I had a time sensitive appointment to make, and I didn't want to be late. It should have been a grab and go situation, but Alfredo and his coworker Portillo made sure that did not occur. I came in on time for my order, they told me they required another 7 minutes. I knew it would be cutting it close but I obliged. When I walked in, both of those service workers chose to ignore me for another 8 minutes. They took orders for 2 other customers as I stood there, flabbergasted. I called the customer service line to report the incident. When I did, Portillo decided to hide his name with a metal pan. This is willful negligence.
I highly recommend you seek out another restaurant at the oasis, reader. These people DO NOT care about providing good customer service. Please don't patronize a business that has such little regard for its customers. I will be following up with a manager to make sure no one else has to be humiliated like this again.

I had a look at some of these reviews and some are misplaced. I been to around 7 Sbarros in 3 countries and this one is up there with the best ones. I asked for a cheese and they made me a new one no fuss. I was also not asked to tip and I spoke English.

I've been to a number of sbarros. Today I tried this one at the oasis and it was the best. Excellent customer service and the food was super fresh and delicious. All my questions were answered. Ended up with the vegetarian spinach and cheese Stromboli with marinara that tasted like it was just made. I'll be back again when visiting this area!

Whenever I'm in the upper midwest, I stop here for breakfast.
In may i Brought a buddy here who has never had sbarro and they made our pizza undercooked and gave a hard time about a remake. Then today I went in for a slice and a customer in front of me bought all of the cheese (pan and New York) and when i asked if they would make more i was told no. Not that there would be a wait i was told no. The customer behind me asked the same thing and was also told no. They lost out on two sales not willing to make more. Poor experience overall and will not be going back.
