The staff is professional and always friendly! They call me by name and smile when giving me my order. I enjoy coming here a lot.

Dietary restrictions: I normally get the egg white and red pepper egg bites because they are a convenient and tasty snack for keto on the go.

Love having a Starbucks in Lake Forest. So convenient. Also love some of the workers there. Daniel and Jay to name a couple. I just wish they would get the free refill program correct for gold card members. I get the snarky face from the manager and a couple others when asking for my free refill. They keep telling me I need to buy a regular coffee to get a refill when in fact Starbucks web site says get a free refill regardless of the original beverage.

Roomy, nice decor, indoor & outdoor seating, nice staff. You can upcharge coffe drinks by choosing the 'reserve' blend. The food is the standard Starbuck's fare, not the gourmet pastry made at the large Reserve Roastery on Michigan Ave
