Downtown Lake Forest is lucky to have a great homemade ice cream shop a long with homemade fudge and other candy. It's a very creamy ice cream and they have great waffle cones. They have lots of options and make baskets of candy and chocolate covered confections. I'd lose my paycheck if I lived close by.

I have ordered candy for Christmas gifts from Sweets for the last 8 years. They've always gotten the order correct & the staff is very accommodating. The people that I send the candy to look forward to receiving the candy every year. Sweet's toffee is out of this world good. Their Ladybugs put Pixies to shame. Great little BIPOC owned & run confectionery. Lots of chocolates, gummies, baked goods & an ice cream shop to boot. Everything is fresh (not sitting around for weeks & months like many candy shops).
