They don’t use gloves and the young lady seemed to be wearing fake nails. She picked the cone out of the container with her hands. I asked if they don’t use gloves anymore and she said “no, we just wash our hands really well.” They handle money and change. I asked my daughter if they used gloves when she was there last at the Lake in The Hills location and she said they did. Is it that they are cutting costs?

Today I order Largest size Ice cream. High school kids working there. Not consistent at all, I compare my order to the other ordered like it sizes one was normal portion the one I got was way less. Then charge me extra when I told them too little.
When I told them they didn’t match, they gave me a lame excuse, of having to be below the lid and started to argue with me. Wouldn’t waste my time coming to this location.
I would not coming to this location.

First time customers. As we placed our order with the 2 young ladies working yesterday evening you would think they would ask what mix in toppings your would like. 1 of the ladies attended and asked my mix in and my boyfriend ordered his ice cream with the other young lady who didn’t ask. Then said o we have to charge you more $ to add in toppings because we made ur ice cream. Ok so you’re going to charge me more $ for his ice cream because you didn’t ask if he would like a mix in? That’s robbing a customer trying to make more $. Even us first time customers. Didn’t offer a refund and both of the ladies teamed up like we don’t have to ask we assume!! We’ll take our $ somewhere else. Would not recommend the customer service here.

Very neat and organized place. There are many, many choices to choose from. Or you can customize your own. This place really fills you up. Service is very kind and patient when choosing your toppings.

I absolutely LOVE Cold Stone Creamery! We visited again on Sunday, May 4, 2025 for the first time in years and honestly the Chocolate Devotion is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. We were so impressed with it. When we got home afterwards there was some complaining from family members who did not go with us because they didn’t realize we were going to Cold Stone!
