We have been coming to the Algonquin Coldstone for several months and we always have a great experience. The customer service is great, product is delicious and the place is always clean. We recently got an ice cream cake from them for the first time and that was fantastic too. Highly recommend!

This past Tuesday night at 7:30 pm I tried to place a DOORDASH order and was met with an error saying CSC was extremely busy and unable to take order and to try another business. I thought it was just a glitch and tried a few more times, thinking there’s no way they are that busy with the snow etc. So after a few tries I called and talk to a very young girl and asked her if they would be turning DD back on anytime soon. She acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about...
